The County Recorder is responsible for maintaining a complete, accurate and permanent record of real estate documents such as deeds, mortgages and easements for all land within the county.
All this information and documentation is available here on our website, 24-hours a day with no direct user cost.  Documents can also be recorded electronically.  For more information, click on the “E-Recording” link.
