The derived number of single-family equivalents is then to be multiplied by the billing rate herein set forth for a single-family residence to calculate the monthly sewer billing rate for the entity for the coming year.

A customer should call the billing department and advise us of a change in ownership. If you are leaving a residence or moving into a new residence that will reflect sewer or water utilities, contact the billing department at (330) 451-2305.

This phone call MUST be made so that an appropriate change can be made on the account. The information that you provide will then be verified against the county's property tax records.

Attention Customers Using Their Bank for Bill Payment:

While most bill pay transactions are electronic, some banks process the payments using paper checks.  These transactions require more processing time and could cause your payment to be received after the due date resulting in a late fee.  Please consult with your bank about the best way to schedule your payment using their system to ensure payments to us do not result in a late fee.  To avoid any late fees, please consider using our Automatic Payment Plan which will automatically deduct your payment from your checking or savings account electronically.
