The Financial Division provides all accounting functions, billing and collections for all payables & receivables for the Stark County Clerk of Courts. This Division provides the Clerk with reasonable assurance that assets are safeguarded against loss from unauthorized use or disposition, and that all transactions are properly recorded to permit the preparation of audited financial statements.

The Financial Division of the Stark County Clerk of Courts is located on the first floor of the Stark County Office Building
The Stark County Clerk of Courts employs a Collection Enforcement Officer who is responsible for overseeing the collection of court costs and fines for all divisions of the Court of Common Pleas.

- Any payments accepted will be charged a convenience fee for its use. *These are not fees collected by the county, but actual costs incurred for the processing of electronic payments.

- A delay of up to one business day may occur before the transaction will be assessed to your account.
