efficient and professional way possible in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
IMPORTANT NEWS
MONTHLY AUTOPAY PROGRAM Update 09/2026:  If you are on our Monthly Autopay program, There will be no September draw taken from your account.
 
  • Because of delays caused by HB186, we are still working with our software company on calculating the autopay draw amounts and sending out the letters to the taxpayers.
  • Letters are scheduled to be mailed in October instead of September this year which will include your draw payment schedule.
  • There will be no monthly draw in September; the next monthly draw will be in October.
  • Instead of 5 draws for the 1st half taxes, there will only be 4 (Oct Nov Dec and the final draw in Feb). We expect the 2nd half taxes to be back to a normal schedule.
2026 TAX LIEN SALE
(11/2026)		 Update 09/2026:  If your parcel is delinquent, it could be a part of our tax lien sale.
 
  • Letters are scheduled to be mailed around the 1st week of October.
  • Once the letters are mailed, we can only accept Payment In Full (no partial payments accepted and will be returned) to be removed from the tax lien sale.
  • Payments must be Certified Funds ONLY (cashier’s check or cash … no checks, no credit cards … no delinquent payment contracts)
  • A $200 Tax Lien Fee is also due at the time of redemption
