E-Filing with Neumo

Documents can be submitted to the Stark County Recorder’s Office electronically. We have the ability to receive your documents electronically (e-filing or e-recording) through Neumo, making the process of document recording faster and more efficient.

An account must be set up with one of our approved E-Recording Partners in order to submit documents electronically. Below is a list of our approved partners. To get started, click a company name below to visit their website and get signed up.

The transmitted documents are reviewed by office staff and either recorded or rejected. Once the document is recorded, it is available to the public for viewing.

Documents can be transmitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The Stark County Recorder’s Office will process documents between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding government holidays).  Documents transmitted when the office is closed will be processed the next business day.

The majority of the documents recorded in the Recorder’s Office can be electronically recorded.  This includes conveyance documents that need to be processed through the County Tax Map and Auditor’s Real Estate Departments. The documents are routed electronically to the appropriate departments and are either accepted or rejected. The approved documents will be stamped electronically and forwarded to our office for recording. Some documents that cannot be e-recorded are:

  • Plats
  • Military Discharges (DD214’s)
