Prepayment of Real Estate Taxes
The Stark County Treasurer's Office offers a monthly Prepayment of Real Estate Taxes by Direct Debit plan. This plan is designed to allow taxpayers to pay their Property Taxes in monthly installments versus paying their taxes twice a year in two large lump sum payments. Monthly payments allow taxpayers to manage their annual expenses by dividing the cost of real estate taxes throughout the year.
