The Stark County Health Department has the authority to investigate the following complaints.
These complaints must have the complainant's name and contact information listed, or else our department will be unable to follow up with your concern:
- Open dumping of solid waste, construction and demolition debris, and scrap tires
- Home sewage system failures
- Mold issues within apartments and rental units
- Mice, Rats, and Rodent Infestation
- Mosquito and standing water
These complaints may be anonymous:
- Restaurant illnesses and cleanliness
- Licensed Public Swimming Pools and Spas
- Smoke Free Ohio-Workplace Law
Complete the "Complaint Form" and return it to the Stark County Health Department.
