The Clean Water Disconnection Program (CWDP) has been established by the Stark County Metropolitan Sewer District (SCMSD) in response to high levels of clean water, also referred to as infiltration and inflow, decreasing sanitary sewer capacity and creating overflows. This program involves inspection of private property to identify and eliminate sources of clean water. The program was recently introduced in the media and at a public meeting.
