The Transportation Improvement Program or TIP is the schedule of highway, transit, and other transportation improvements that will be implemented in the next four years.  Projects must be included on the TIP if they are to be eligible for federal funding.

SCATS is currently operating under the FY2026-2029 TIP Final Draft, which was approved on April 28th, 2025. Projects may be viewed through our online map.
