All Interstates, US Routes, State Routes, and County Routes are eligible for Municipal Road Funds. County-Purpose Roads—defined as extensions of County Routes into municipalities, as well as other municipal roads that serve a county purpose—are also eligible. The Stark County Board of Commissioners is responsible for designating whether a road qualifies as a County-Purpose Road.
