What are the long-range plans for the area?
Moving Stark Forward 2050 is SCATS' current long-range transportation plan which examines and forecasts Stark County's regional transportation system. The plan also lists specific projects recommended through the year 2050. This plan was adopted on May 27th, 2025 by the Policy Committee.
